Customer Team Lead
As we grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to head up our B2B customer service function in hospitality and strengthen the bridge between sales and service. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, experienced customer service specialist to make the role their own.
You’ll lead the customer service team and own the post-sale experience ensuring smooth handovers from sales, delivering excellent day-to-day support, and keeping customers happy, engaged, and retained. You’ll also improve processes, support teams across the business, stay hands-on with customer needs, and build strong relationships that drive referrals and create customer advocates.

Marketing Executive
As we grow, we are now looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to work closely with the Head of Commercial, supporting the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and qualified leads across our key B2B segments (with a strong focus on Hospitality).
You’ll work across all marketing channels collaborating closely with sales and sector colleagues to ensure marketing activity directly supports commercial goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.
This is an important hire for us, as it will be Spotta’s first full-time Marketing role. You won’t be starting from scratch, though you will work closely with our Head of Commercial, who brings significant marketing experience and has led our multi-channel activity to date, as well as with an enthusiastic sales and customer team who genuinely collaborate to drive revenue. As Spotta continues to scale, so will our teams, you won’t be the only Marketing specialist for long.
Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive growth by generating qualified opportunities for our smart insect monitoring technology. You will seek out and engage customer prospects to book qualified meetings for the Business Development Manager and Head of Sector, in accordance with targets.
This role reports to the Head of Commercial and works closely with the SDR and BDM role in the Hotels team
